While it might have seemed that OSU's football recruiting efforts hit a bit of a lull over the last few weeks, it turns out the Cowboys' 13th-commitment for the 2020 class was percolating beneath the surface.

Bixby, Okla. WR/ATH Brennan Presley pulled the trigger on Monday, not long after OSU wrapped up their time at Big 12 Media days.

Though currently unranked by Rivals, Presley is a target that OSU fans have been well aware of for some time. His stature (5-8, 155) may keep him from high-end recruiting rankings, but he is absolutely electric on the field. The Cowboys have a history of taking prospects like Presley, plugging them into the slot and having it work out very well - Josh Stewart, Josh Cooper, Jalen McCleskey and Dillon Stoner just to name a few. Presley might just be more explosive than any of those.
