Gil Brand (@Gil_Brandt) former VP of personnel for Dallas Cowboys: I like Oklahoma State RB Joseph Randle. Ran well at #NFLCombine and appears to be good receiver out of backfield.
Justin Higdon (@afc2nfc), writer on the Cleveland Browns: Joseph Randle gets points for consistency today. Ran 4.63 twice and clocked in officially at 4.63.
Matt Waldman (@MattWaldman), www.footballguys.com: I'll take Jonathan Franklin 10 times out of 10 over Joseph Randle, too.
Did not participate in any times or measurements, went through on-field drills.
