The NCAA has made its ruling and Dez Bryant is out of commission as an Oklahoma State Cowboy until next season. But since it's highly unlikely that No. 1 was going to play on the collegiate level in 2010, it's pretty apparently Bryant is done at OSU. And what of the decision? Does it fit the crime? Justin Wilmeth thinks the actions of the NCAA just back up its current reputation.
